The loop that exists today. You talk for ten seconds. Echo decides whether that's already a task or something that needs work, asks at most one question, then goes away and comes back with a decision made and a source for every claim.

The habit is the product. Capture has to cost nothing. Action Button and Dynamic Island on iPhone, Caps Lock and the notch on Mac: press, talk, done. No app to open, no window, no decision about where the thought goes.

Stage 03 · NEXT
NEXTEcho knows your stack.
Right now Echo researches the open web. The version that actually helps you knows what you already run, so "who owns this" reads your Linear, "when am I free" reads your calendar, and a drafted supplier email lands in your drafts instead of your clipboard. Connected through MCP, one integration standard, added over time rather than all at once.
Added one at a time, only where it makes Echo decide better.
Stage 04 · NEXT
NEXTIt comes back on its own.
Today Echo answers when you ask. The point is that it doesn't wait. It notices the decision you never made, the supplier who never replied, the recurring thing you deal with every month, and brings you the next move before you remember it was pending.
Stage 05 · LATER
LATERWhere ideas get developed.
Capture was never the bottleneck and neither was research. The end of this is a place where a half-formed thought becomes a decision, a plan, and the first thing done, without you scheduling time you don't have to make it happen.
